It’s important that you understand your rights and responsibilities.

“ION HTX” is a service provided by Heydel Cepero Media Professional, LLC.

“ION HTX’s corporate site” refers to ION HTX branded websites that Heydel Cepero Media Professional, LLC use for marketing of, or information about, Heydel Cepero Media Professional, LLC Doing Business As ION HTX Digital Solutions, its products, or its services and not those directly affiliated with customers.

“ION HTX sites” refers to websites designed and/or hosted by ION HTX on behalf of its customers.

“Customer” or “you” refers to an individual or corporate body using the services of ION HTX Digital Solutions and Heydel Cepero Media Professional, LLC.

“ION HTX” or “We” refers to Heydel Cepero Media Professional, LLC who provides the ION HTX Digital Solutions services, and its websites.

Use of Cookies

IONHTX.com uses cookies to provide information regarding users of ION HTX and the devices used by someone visiting our IONHTX.com and using the ION HTX application. These are usually stored on your device. Learn about Cookies here "What are cookies".

To make the ION HTX application more responsive to the device you're using.
Track which parts of the IONHTX.com and the ION HTX application you're using.
Assist us with support requests.
Track whether you are a new or returning user.
Save you the time of re-entering information previously submitted to us.

Improve our marketing by tracking your movements and responses to advertising and find out how you have found us

ION HTX’s corporate sites and their original content, features and functionality are owned by Heydel Cepero Media Professional, LLC and/or its service providers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Any content uploaded to an ION HTX site (text, graphics, or other material) is the legal responsibility of the customer. We claim no intellectual property rights to ION HTX site content. Please carefully consider your rights and responsibilities regarding this and take steps to ensure that you are not infringing on the copyright or intellectual property of others and similarly ensure that others do not infringe on your copyright or intellectual property.

Price Changes

The prices for ION HTX sites are subject to change for circumstances sometimes beyond our control. In this circumstance, we will provide notice as soon as possible. We will do this by emailing you and/or updating IONHTX.com.

Payments

All payments are billed in US Dollars (USD). Any amounts displayed in any currency other than USD are today's equivalent conversion in that particular currency, as according to http://finance.yahoo.com. The amount you are billed may vary slightly month-to-month due to currency fluctuation.

All payments made with regard to ION HTX sites must be made by debit or credit card, or other forms of digital payment available to you at checkout and payable every calendar month. This payment is taken automatically.

Your payment date will be the same as the date you made your first payment. For example, if you made your first payment on the 29th of May, payment will be taken on the 29th of each month thereafter.

If that date does not exist in any given month, then payment will be taken the next available day (for example if there is no 29th February, then the February payment will be taken on 1st March).

Refunds

Unfortunately, we don't allow refunds, or the option to opt-out of any monthly subscription early. If you are having trouble cancelling your subscription, please email us. We will do our best to solve the problem. Likewise, we do not offer refunds on Deposit or Payments for Website Design Services or Consultation Services. If you believe you will need to request a Refund or Cancellation of Service, please make sure to let us know before requesting the services.

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

This return policy only applies to physical items sold by stores we own and operate, and not to our services.

Disclaimer of Liability

ION HTX does not accept liability for any losses or damages (material or otherwise) caused to customers resulting from the provision, or loss, of services we provide. This includes, but is not limited to, losses or damages caused by:

Errors or omissions in our services;
Interruptions or delays in our services;
Security breaches;
Viruses or other malicious software;
Unauthorized access to or use of our services;
Any other reason beyond our reasonable control.

ION HTX is not claiming that the services it provides are free of error and interruptions. Whilst all efforts are made to ensure system security, it offers no guarantee that this is the case.

If you experience any problems with our services, please contact us immediately. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to resolve the problem or that you will not suffer any losses or damages as a result.

By using ION HTX's services, you agree to the terms of this disclaimer. If you do not agree to the terms of this disclaimer, you should not use ION HTX's services.

By using ION HTX's services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ION HTX, Heydel Cepero Media Professional, LLC, its employees, managers, associates, and partners, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with a breach of these terms.

This indemnity shall survive the termination of these terms.

Cancellation

If you wish to completely remove your ION HTX site, you may do this at any time by emailing support@ionhtx.com. We will then contact you to arrange a suitable date to remove the site. We will delete all your site data within 15 days of your cancellation request, or at the latest within 6 months of your cancellation. This process is not reversible.

Email Communication

By signing up to ION HTX, you agree to receive certain notification and marketing communications. These include (but are not exclusive to) updates on software releases and other changes and additions to our service. We will never pass on your details to third party companies for marketing purposes.

You can unsubscribe to these emails at any time by clicking the 'unsubscribe' link in the emails. Active customers will also receive mandatory billing communication from time to time.

Inappropriate Content or Use

We have certain, reasonable expectations of the use of, and the material contained within, an ION HTX site.

We may, therefore, choose to remove anything that we consider inappropriate or offensive, including material we consider obscene, libelous, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful or objectionable.

If you are suspected of committing any financial crime with relation to your ION HTX site, we may immediately suspend your account or delete your site without notice and report the issue to the appropriate authorities.

While we don't want to place limits on your creative impulses, if you take actions that place an unreasonable load on ION HTX's infrastructure, such as using your ION HTX site solely for file sharing, then we reserve the right to delete your site without notice.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate our service for any reason, with or without notice at any time.
